O!ME Interview helps you rehearse the room — mock questions, STAR drafts, company notes, and post-session debriefs on your iPhone. This policy covers what we may access, what stays in your private prep folder, and what we never share with recruiters, job boards, or career-data brokers.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the O!ME Interview mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this website’s API. It is written for candidates using the app and visitors reading this page.
Information
O!ME Interview does not require your legal name, email, phone, home address, résumé upload, or payment card for core rehearsal tools.
Question lists, answer drafts, company tags, and debrief notes you enter remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.
Remote Templates
When the app loads shared copy — welcome screens, sample question banks, or placeholder prompts — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic interview text, not your private prep dossier.
Photos & Mic
If you record mock answers or attach whiteboard photos, O!ME Interview may request microphone, camera, or photo library access only when you start capture. Contacts and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.
Device
Standard iOS storage and networking support optional templates and updates. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.
Hosting
Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to run servers under their own practices.
Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.
Minors
O!ME Interview is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention & Security
Sessions you keep in O!ME Interview remain under your control on your device. Remove drafts in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat salary notes like a sealed offer folder, not a shared drive.
Your Choices
Stop using O!ME Interview whenever you choose. Revoke mic, photo, or network access in iOS Settings for a tighter offline prep kit where supported.
Updates
We may revise this policy as O!ME Interview evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.
